"Stamparatus," The Good & the Bad

Happy Memorial Day! Thank you for all of those who have served our country!

I've decided NOT to "voice over" this video for 2 reasons: 1: it takes longer than I had today to edit and 2: you need to see how many mistakes I actually make while trying to describe this process!!

Well, in all seriousness, you will notice that I stamp right over my mask not once, but twice!! This comes from trying to talk and make sense while actually trying to stamp! Anyway, get a laugh on me and thanks for watching. Leave comments if you like it!

Beautiful Day

This is entered in the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge "Animal Magic":
This is a card I made by adding Gina K Jelly Bean Green foil to a piece of dark blue cardstock using the Simon Says Stamp Folk Dance stencil. I cut a piece of lighter blue cardstock with Simon Says Stamp Twisted Stitch Borders and added this over top. The flowers are from Simon Says Stamp Even More Spring Flowers and colored with both Copic and Stampin' Up's Pool Party markers. I added some detail with a Prismacolor pencil to the flower petals, then cut them out with the matching dies. The greeting is stamped in black ink and is from a new Stampin' Up set that will be in the new catalog called "Love What You Do." The bee is from Stampin' Up set "Dragonfly Dreams," and colored with copic markers. Thanks for looking and hope you like the card!

When Pigs Fly

Here's a card I made with Stampin' Up's This Little Piggy for Simon Says Stamp's Monday Challenge with a "time" theme. I punched out the moon from Daffodil Delight paper and stamped some "speckles" on it with Daffodil Delight ink and sponged the edges with white ink. The pig is stamped in Soft Suede ink on pink cardstock. The clock was embossed in white and is from a Stampin' Up set from 2006. I added the little gems for stars.
